Midweek Reset was created to help you move forward on the things that have been hard to start, with support, structure, and less pressure.

What This Is

This is not just a productivity group.

It’s a therapist-informed space that blends:

• gentle structure
• education around overwhelm and executive functioning
• focused work time
• and supportive accountability

We’ll begin each session with a brief check-in and simple guidance to help you understand what might be getting in the way, then move into focused time where you can work on tasks that have been hard to start.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Who This Is For

This group is a good fit if you:

• feel overwhelmed by tasks or responsibilities
• struggle with follow-through or getting started
• notice patterns of procrastination or avoidance
• want structure without pressure
• benefit from working alongside others 
• Have been diagnosed with ADHD, or are curious that you might

What You Might Work On

Participants often use this time for things like:

• scheduling appointments
• responding to emails
• organizing tasks or priorities
• completing forms or paperwork
• starting projects they’ve been putting off

Or simply… taking the first step.

How It Works

Each session includes:

• a short check-in + grounding
• gentle guidance and executive functioning skills support
• time to set a realistic goal
• focused work time (in person or virtual)
• a brief reflection to support follow-through

It’s about understanding how your brain works, reducing overwhelm, and building momentum in a way that actually feels doable.

A Note About the Experience

This is a supportive, judgment-free space.

You don’t need to come in “ready” or organized.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to show up.

This is an  8-week hybrid experience that was created to help you let go of judgment and feel supported to find focus and follow through, without the overwhelm.

Groups are being built now:

 Wednesdays at 12:00 PM
 In-person (Batavia) or virtual option available

Investment: $225 total, Most Insurance plans are also accepted
