About Natalie

If you’re walking through the postpartum period, grappling with infertility, or navigating significant life changes, you already know how lonely and challenging these experiences can be. It’s not just about the physical or external changes; it’s the internal battle, the emotional rollercoaster, and the quest for understanding and acceptance that can be the most daunting. I get it.

In session I provide a compassionate, professional space uniquely designed to support women through these times. My expertise is grounded in professional training and research based approaches, allowing me to offer the support, understanding, and therapeutic tools necessary for healing.

As a fully remote therapist, I offer a unique blend of professional expertise and personal empathy, creating a therapeutic experience that’s not just convenient but deeply personal and private. With me, you’re not just another client; you’re a human on a unique journey, seeking a path to healing, understanding, and growth.

I specialize in supporting individuals like you—individuals who are facing the tender complexities of postpartum life, the heartache and hope of infertility, and the uncertainties of life’s big transitions.

In today’s world, I understand the value of convenience and privacy, especially when it comes to something as personal as therapy. Telehealth therapy sessions mean you can connect with me from the comfort of your own space—relaxed and changed into your cozy clothes after a long day or on a lunch break while still at work. This flexibility allows you to fit therapy into your life in a way that feels seamless and stress-free, without sacrificing the quality of the connection and support you receive.

Especially passionate about working with clients experiencing:

• Trauma
• School and Work Stress
• Navigating postpartum, infertility, and parenthood
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Relationship issues

In 2022 I graduated from Aurora University with a master’s in Social Work. Most of my career has been spent in the school system working as a special education teacher. It was in my work in the school system where I decided to go back to school to support individuals more personally.

I joined the Stronger Team in 2022 as an intern and felt excited to join the team as a licensed social worker (LSW) and support clients on a deeper level in 2023.

While my self-care routine continues to change as I go through different seasons of life, right now it’s a walk by the beach or to Dunkin with my daughter, watching a tv show at the end of the night with my husband, curling up on the couch with my kindle, and seeing my own therapist weekly.

One of the most pervasive findings of the research literature is that self-compassion leads to authenticity because when we aren’t dependent on the approval of others for our self-worth, we are free to express our true selves” – Kristin Neff

In our work together, it is my hope that you’ll find a therapeutic relationship that acknowledges and honors your experiences. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your feelings, fears, and hopes. Whether you’re dealing with the nuances of parenthood, the pain of infertility, pain from past trauma, or the challenges of personal growth and change, I am here to listen and support you with strategies and insights tailored to your unique experience.

I believe in empowering my clients by fostering a deep understanding of their experiences and encouraging self-compassion. I understand that being kind to oneself can be especially hard during times of stress and transition but know how transformative it can be. Drawing from my professional knowledge and personal insights, I would be honored to help you cultivate a sense of self-compassion and resilience that will guide you through your current challenges and beyond.
